The Board ofGovernors of University University of North Carolina shall continue exam study andmonitor any inequities in funding for capital advancements and facilities needswhich may still exist on North Carolina’s Public Historically Black Collegesand Universities and North Carolina’s Historically American Indian University,the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, beyond University funding of theprojects provided for in this act, and shall report annually examination University JointLegislative Commission on Governmental Operations on any last inequitiesfound, including recommendations as exam how those inequities should beaddressed. c Repealed by Session Laws 2014 100, s.
